LITs must currently be in 9th grade.

About LIT progam
This program is designed for the young person who is ready to take the next giant leap in leadership. LITs will be actively using their servant leadership skills. The young leader will have hands-on experience as a leader by serving campers every moment of the day through encouragement, a positive attitude and even washing their dishes. The LIT program is often referred to as the “backbone” of YMCA Camp High Harbour. They are the first to wake in the morning, the last to go to bed at night and they lead activities all day long. YMCA Camp High Harbour and the Leader-In-Training (LIT) program will help to fine tune and grow your child’s leadership abilities.

Course description
