Where Community Meets Ability! A one stop shop to Connect Coweta County Residents with disabilities and special needs with local Resources.
The Summit Family YMCA is proud to announce the 2nd Annual SUMMIT FAMILY THRIVE, a free Disability and Inclusion Resource Fair taking place on Thursday, November 13, from 11:00 am to 1:00 PM at the Summit Family YMCA in Newnan.
Hosted in collaboration with the Georgia State University, Center for Leadership in Disability, School of Public Health. This resource fair is designed to serve the more than 5,500 individuals living with disabilities in Coweta County, this FREE event will bring together a wide range of community partners and organizations to offer support, services, and adaptive resources in one welcoming, inclusive space showcasing resources in health & wellness, education, adaptive recreation, vocational training, legal support, and more

- Pop-Up Claims Office – providing on-site support for those transitioning from pediatric to adult disability assistance programs
- Sample activities including, free memberships, adaptive yoga and swim programs offered by the YMCA

- 1 Stop for all the Local Businesses and Organizations- focused on assisting families and caregivers with resources, support community and fun.
