The Y is committed to helping everyone achieve their potential. Financial assistance, to the extent possible, is available for those needing assistance in paying for the full cost of a YMCA program or membership. All Y members receive the same membership benefits, regardless of scholarship assistance.

The YMCA of Metro Atlanta is a cause-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to providing affordable programs and services to benefit people of all incomes and backgrounds in our community. These Y programs and services help make children, adults, and families in our communities healthier and more connected in spirit, mind, and body.
Thanks to the generous support of those who donate to the Y’s WHY IT MATTERS Annual Giving Campaign, funding is available to those who cannot afford the full fee and qualify for assistance. Eligible youth and families find the assets they need in YMCA programs like Membership, Youth Sports, Swim Lessons, Early Learning, Afterschool, Summer Camp, Teen Leadership, and so much more.
