The YMCA of Metro Atlanta (“Atlanta YMCA”) is excited to offer new members who join the Y with a family membership from 12:00am ET, January 1, 2025 to 11:59pm ET, January 15,2025 for a chance to win four (4) tickets and a VIP courtside experience at the regular season Atlanta Hawks home game vs. the San Antonio Spurs on February 5, 2025 at State Farm Arena, located at 1 State Farm Drive, Atlanta, GA 30303. Please read below for complete details and participation rules.

Timing & Notification · All new members of the Atlanta  YMCA who register for a family membership between 12:00 am ET on Wednesday, January 1, 2025 and 11:59 pm ET on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 (the “Entry Period”) will receive one (1) entry into a drawing for the promotion prize.

The winner (“Winner”) will be chosen at random on or around January 20, 2025.

Winner will be notified by phone and email and will have 7 days to acknowledge and claim their prize.

Prize Inclusions & Parameters:

Drawing prize (the “Prize”) includes:

• Four (4) tickets to the Atlanta Hawks regular season home game vs. the San Antonio Spurs on February 5, 2025 at 7:30pm ET at State Farm Arena, located at 1 State Farm Drive, Atlanta, GA 30303 (the “Game”).
• Courtside Co-Captain experience for same four (4) ticket holders during the Game. 
• For this experience, the Winner and his/her guests will have the opportunity to come to center court prior to the Game to participate in the referee meeting with the Hawks captains, visiting team captains, and the NBA officials. After the meeting is over Winner and his/her guests will get the opportunity to get their picture taken on the floor of the court! 
• Details of this experience are subject to change or be adjusted in the sole discretion of the operator of State Farm Arena. 
• All ages are welcome to attend the game, however at least one of the 4 ticket holders must be an adult over the age of 18 who is responsible for any minors utilizing the additional 3 tickets. 
• Courtside experience participants must be age 6 or older. 
• All 4 attendees/courtside experience participants must sign a waiver and agree to the following rules:
  • You will be walking on the court - Absolutely no boots, heels or dress shoes.
  • No food or drink will be allowed during this experience.
  • Hawks gear only please! No other team’s gear will be allowed in any fan experience.
  • No cameras or cell phones - Atlanta Hawks photographers will take photos for you!
• Prize is non-transferrable and no substitution of winner’s Prize shall be allowed.
• Resale of game tickets or VIP experience is strictly prohibited. 
• Winners and guests are responsible for all expenses and taxes not included in the Prize package set forth above, including without limitation, transportation, souvenirs, incidentals, tips and other personal expenses. 
• The reporting and payment of any tax liabilities incurred by the entrant as a result of this Sweepstakes and any Prize(s) won are the sole responsibility of the entrant. 
• Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.
• If the winner is unable to attend the game for any reason the prize will be forfeited.
• Game date and time may be subject to change at NBA Entities’ sole discretion. 
• The NBA Entities reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to change the game date, time and seat designation based on ticket availability at the time winner is verified.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: 

• Game is subject to availability, change, and cancellation. 
• Tickets are only valid for the date shown on the ticket. 
• If a winner cannot attend the game on the date specified, prize shall be forfeited and Sponsor shall have no further obligation to such individual. 
• Tickets are subject to restrictions, terms and conditions as stated on tickets. 
• Seating assignments are in Sponsor’s sole discretion. 
• Lost, stolen or damaged tickets will not be replaced or exchanged. 
• Tickets are not for re-sale and cannot be sold after awarded. 
• Winners agree to comply with all applicable venue regulations in connection with the prize. 
• If a guest is a minor, the minor guest must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians who must be the Winner. 
• Winners’ guests (or if a minor, their parent or legal guardian) may be required to sign and return a liability/publicity release before prize is awarded. 
• Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and/or guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or behaves with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game. 
• Winners agree that acceptance of the prize is done so entirely upon their own initiative, risk, and responsibility. 
• Winners must accept prize as stated by Sponsor, or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. 
• Any difference between stated value and actual value of a prize will not be awarded. 
• Prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. 
• Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. 
• Taxes, if any, on a prize are solely the responsibility of the winner. 
• Winners may be required to provide a valid social security number and will receive an IRS 1099 tax form for the ARV of the prize, if applicable.

Eligibility:

• This promotion is open only to legal residents of the State of Georgia, who, at the time of entry, are at least 18 years of age and are “new members” who join the Y with a “family membership” during the Entry Period or have entered through the alternative method of entry specified below.
• A “new member” includes anyone who has not been a facility member of the YMCA of Metro Atlanta or any of our locations within the last 6 months. Previous Y members who discontinued their memberships prior to July 1, 2024 are eligible to win if they reinstate their membership during the promotion period. Membership fees will apply at the time of joining.
• A “family membership” includes two (2) adults eighteen (18) or older and dependent minors. 
• Only full-priced family memberships will be eligible to win this prize. Full price family membership is defined as $119 per month. Reduced price family memberships are not eligible to win this prize.
• Employees, officers and directors of the YMCA of Metro Atlanta (“Sponsor”); ATL Hawks, LLC; Atlanta Hawks, L.P.; Arena Sports Marketing, LLC; Arena Operations, LLC; the National Basketball Association (“NBA”) and its member professional teams; NBA Media Ventures, LLC, and each of their respective owners, partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (individually and collectively, the “NBA Entities”), and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, authorized agents, retailers, sales representatives, distributors, suppliers, advertising agencies, promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”) and immediate family members of each such individual; and (ii) all individuals (including, but not limited to, consultants, independent contractors, temporary employees, former employees, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for Sweepstakes Entities. 
• “Immediate family” members include spouses, grandparents, parents, children, and grandchildren, whether by marriage, past marriages, remarriage, adoption, cohabitation, or other family extensions are not eligible to enter or win.

RELEASE: 

By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants hereby waive and release and agree to hold harmless, the Sweepstakes Entities and their employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, partners, and agents from and against, any and all rights, claims and causes of action whatsoever that they may have, or that may arise, against any of them for any liability for any matter, cause or thing whatsoever, including but not limited to any injury, loss, damage, whether direct, compensatory, incidental or consequential, to their person, including death, and/or property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from their acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, or their participation in this Sweepstakes, or any prize-related activity. By participating in this Sweepstakes entrant agrees and acknowledges to be bound by these official rules, all Sponsor-related terms and conditions, as well as the decisions of Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects; to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the official rules.

Privacy Information:

• Prize winner’s name will not be made public unless permission is granted by the winner.
• Prize winner’s photo may be captured by photographers during the game, as could anyone in attendance at the game, and by attending the game, winner acknowledges their image may appear in game photos used I media, social media or other channels.
• Use of personal information provided is described in the Sponsor’s privacy statement located at https://ymcaatlanta.org/privacy-terms. Personal information provided by participants in the Sweepstakes may be collected and used by third parties engaged by Sponsor in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes and the fulfillment and verification of prize award.
• NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
