Welcome to camp at the Northeast Cobb Family YMCA! 

Our camp is designed to make summer fun, exciting, and safe, all while instilling the Y’s core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. 

Camp hours run from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, with optional Pre-Camp from 7:00am am to 9:00 am and Post-Camp from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm for added convenience.

This is a full day camp that allows campers to learn and explore new and exciting activities each week while making new friends. Each week revolves around a different theme.

Our sports camps will spend 2 hours per day working on skill development through drills, scrimmages, and games for the sport(s) being offered that week. This camp may also include more unconventional sports like Ultimate Frisbee, Kickball, Handball, Walleyball, etc.

Campers will build their basketball skills through a mix of drills, scrimmages, and games designed to boost confidence, coordination, and teamwork. In addition to time on the court, they’ll enjoy a variety of traditional camp activities that keep the day fun, active, and well-rounded. It’s the perfect blend of sports and classic camp experiences! 

Our Soccer Sports Camp focuses on skill development through engaging drills, exciting scrimmages, and fun games. Campers build confidence, improve technique, and learn teamwork in a supportive and active environment. Whether they're new to the sport or looking to sharpen their skills, this camp offers a great mix of learning and play. 

Our volleyball sports camps will spend 2 hours per day working on volleyball skill development through drills, scrimmages, and games. 

Our flag football sports camps will spend 2 hours per day working on flag football skill development through drills, scrimmages, and games. 

Campers will spend at least 2 hours of the day in the Esports lab and half the day doing day camp traditional activities such as gym games, arts and crafts, and more.  

Participants will work on leveling up their gaming skills and approach gaming with a holistic approach. Topics will include, being a responsible digital citizen, sportsmanship, teamwork, etc.

Campers will learn new cheers while focusing on techniques and forms. They will also learn the basics of tumbling in a fun, relaxed environment. 

Join us at the Y Teen Leadership Summer Camp! This program is designed to empower and inspire teenagers to become future leaders, while fostering personal growth, teamwork, and community engagement.  

Participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery and harness their leadership skills by leading activities with younger campers, interactive trainings, and their own group activities.

This is a half day camp that allows our campers to learn and explore new and exciting activities each week while making new friends. Each week will have it's own theme and activities based around the theme.

This is a full day camp that will spend at least 2 hours a day teaching campers to bring out their imagination through different avenues of arts, and half the day doing day camp traditional activities such as gym games, arts and crafts, and more.  

This is a mix of classic camp fun and hands-on STEM exploration. Campers dive into traditional activities like games, crafts, and outdoor play — and get curious with engaging science, technology, engineering, and math projects. 

This full-day camp blends the excitement of Jedi training with the fun of traditional camp activities. Campers will learn the ways of the Force, take on creative challenges to defeat Darth Vader, and enjoy classic camp experiences like games, crafts, and outdoor play.

This full-day camp blends hands-on discovery with all the traditional camp activities kids love. Campers will tap into their curiosity as they explore popular myths, testing, proving, or debunking them through fun experiments and challenges. Alongside the science, they’ll enjoy games, crafts, and outdoor play for a well-rounded day. 

This full-day camp blends the rhythm of music and dance with the fun of traditional camp activities. Campers will explore beginner-level dance styles, learn and play music, and enjoy games, crafts, and outdoor play throughout the day.  

The week wraps up with a special performance to showcase their creativity and new skills. 

In Cooking Camp, young chefs will roll up their sleeves and dive into the delicious world of cooking creativity. Campers will learn kitchen basics, explore new recipes, and whip up tasty treats, all while enjoying traditional camp activities like games, crafts, and outdoor fun.  

Campers join traditional camp activities in the morning. In the afternoon, they train like special spies—solving puzzles, cracking codes, completing obstacle courses, and learning teamwork and strategy.
