Welcome to Teen Health & Wellness

Good mental and physical health habits start early. Our teen health and wellness programs give young people the tools they need to stay active, reduce stress, and feel confident in their bodies and minds.

From group fitness and sports leagues to mindfulness and nutrition workshops, we’re here to support teens on their journey to lifelong health and well-being.

Healthy teens are confident, engaged, and ready to take on life’s challenges. At the Y, we believe every teen deserves access to programs that:

  • Build strong bodies and minds
  • Provide opportunities to connect with others
