We migrated to a new billing system in November and have been having difficulty processing your payment method. To avoid interruption to your membership, please update your account today here.
- Click on the “Make Payment” tab underneath the blue bar, then scroll down to your open invoice
- With the blue pencil click on the amount you want to pay and then click the green pay button
- Select “Payment Method” to enter a new card to your account (your existing payment option has recently failed so please select the first option)
- After you’ve added your new method of payment in the Payment Method pop up box, then click the Pay
- To ensure no future payment issues, please click Future Payments and confirm that your preferred payment method is at the top of the list.
If you haven’t logged into your account since November, you will need to first verify your account. Please first click “Create an Account” and use the email tied to your membership to get started; it's tied to your membership. (You'll find this link at the bottom of the your account page as well.) You’ll then be prompted to confirm your contact information and set up and confirm a new password.
