Weight Loss For Life adds the next level to our signature Coach Approach program, which improves physical activity, self-confidence, and emotional well-being of oneself.
Just as Coach Approach works on the skills to stick with exercise, Weight Loss For Life works on the skills required to be successful with controlled eating and sustained weight loss. To take part in Weight Loss For Life, members must be actively enrolled in Coach Approach and be willing to commit to the tracking of food and drinks.
The meetings will be small group-focused and will be every other Wednesday starting January 22 at 6:15 PM in Activity Room 2. Skills and topics will include navigating social pressures, reading nutrition labels, how to handle situations that trigger us to eat, etc.
