Rules to Participate:

The YMCA of Metro Atlanta is excited to offer participants who complete our annual Holiday Hustle challenge a chance to win an Atlanta Hawks away-game road trip for two (2) individuals, including commercial airfare for two (2) individuals, one (1) night hotel accommodations in one (1) hotel room and two (2) tickets to the Atlanta Hawks vs Washington Wizards away game on February 8, 2025
In order to qualify, Y members must complete the Holiday Hustle challenge by checking in at any YMCA of Metro Atlanta branch 20 times between November 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024. YMCA members must register in advance to participate by visiting ymcaatlanta.org/holidayhustle. Registration is free to Y members and the registration deadline is November 4, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. Participants are limited to one check-in per day. After December 31, 2024, all participants who have completed the 20 check-ins will receive one entry into a drawing to win the Atlanta Hawks fly away trip prize for 2.
You must be a current YMCA member to register and participate in holiday Hustle.
All holiday hustle Participants must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the State of Georgia.

Timing & Notification:

Y members must register to participate in Holiday Hustle between October 15, 2024 and November 4, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.
Holiday Hustle Challenge will begin on November 1, 2024 at 12:00 a.m.
Registered participants must check in at any YMCA of Metro Atlanta branch location (find locations at ymcaatlanta.org/locations) 20 times (limit one check-in per day) between November 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024.
All participants who have completed 20 check-ins on or before December 31, 2024 will be entered into a drawing that will take place on or around January 6, 2025.
Winner will be notified by phone and email no later than January 10, 2025 and will have 7 days to acknowledge and claim their prize.

Prize Inclusions & Parameters

Drawing prize includes:

Two (2) tickets to the Atlanta Hawks regular season away-game: Atlanta Hawks vs Washington Wizards on February 8, 2025 or such other game as may be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Two (2) commercial airfare round-trip tickets to Washington DC from Atlanta, Georgia or such other city as may be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
One (1) night stay for two (2) guests at a Sponsor-designated hotel in the Washington DC metro area or such other game as may be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Prize is non-transferrable and no substitution of winner’s Prize shall be allowed.
Resale of game tickets is strictly prohibited. Winners and guests are responsible for all expenses and taxes not included in the Prize package set forth above, including without limitation, souvenirs, incidentals, tips and other personal expenses. The reporting and payment of any tax liabilities incurred by the entrant as a result of this Sweepstakes and any Prize(s) won are the sole responsibility of the entrant. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.
If the winner is unable to attend the game for any reason the prize will be forfeited.
Game date and time may be subject to change at NBA Entities’ sole discretion. The NBA Entities reserve the right, in their sole discretion to change the game date, time and seat designation based on ticket availability at the time winner is verified.

Prize Conditions:

Game is subject to availability, change, and cancellation.
Tickets are only valid for the date shown on the ticket.
If a winner cannot attend the game on the date specified, prize shall be forfeited and Sponsor shall have no further obligation to such individual.
Tickets are subject to restrictions, terms and conditions as stated on tickets. Seating assignments are in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Lost, stolen or damaged tickets will not be replaced or exchanged.
Tickets are not for re-sale and cannot be sold after being awarded.
Winners agree to comply with all applicable venue regulations in connection with the prize.
If a guest is a minor, the minor guest must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians who must be the Winner.
Winners’ guests (or if a minor, their parent or legal guardian) may be required to sign and return a liability/publicity release before prize is awarded.
Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and/or guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or behaves with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game.
Winners agree that acceptance of the prize is done so entirely upon their own initiative, risk, and responsibility.
Winners must accept prize as stated by Sponsor, or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
Any difference between stated value and actual value of a prize will not be awarded. Prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. Taxes, if any, on a prize are solely the responsibility of the winner.
Winners may be required to provide a valid social security number and will receive an IRS 1099 tax form for the ARV of the prize, if applicable.
Winner will be required to provide a valid major credit or debit card or some other acceptable form of payment, as determined in the hotel’s sole discretion upon hotel check-in and all in-room charges, meals, beverages, hotel upgrades, amenities, personal incidentals and any other expenses charged to the Winner’s hotel room will be charged to that major valid credit or debit card or deducted from the deposit provided.
Travel and all elements of the Prize is subject to terms and conditions set forth in these Rules and those set forth by the selected travel providers; availability and blackout dates and other material restrictions may apply.
Winner and his/her guest must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for any fees or additional charges resulting from change(s) to itinerary or accommodations made by Winner and/or his/her guest.
Airline tickets are subject to terms and conditions stated on such tickets and various additional material restrictions may apply.
Lost, stolen or misplaced tickets will not be replaced.
Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same.
If Winner or his/her guest becomes disabled or cannot otherwise fully enjoy the Prize due to illness, Sponsor shall have the option, at its sole discretion, of being relieved of liability for fulfillment of the Prize award or any part thereof.
In the event the NBA Game is cancelled or postponed prior to or during Winner’s trip for any reason, the cancelled portion of the Prize will not be awarded and Sponsor will not provide any compensation or substitution for that portion of the Prize and Sponsor’s liability for the Prize is limited only to the non-event portions of the Prize.
Event tickets are subject in all respect to the terms and conditions set forth on the tickets and any requirements of the facility hosting such events; by redeeming, Winner and his/her guest agree to comply with all venue rules and regulations.
Seat locations (if applicable) will be determined by Sponsor.
Winner is strictly prohibited from selling, auctioning, trading or otherwise transferring the tickets unless Sponsor consents in writing.
In the event Winner and/or his/her guest engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor or any prize provider in its or their sole and absolute discretion) is obnoxious, inappropriate, or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the applicable experience early.
Decisions regarding the conduct of Winner and/or his/her guest in all aspects of their participation in the prize events/activities will be in the sole discretion of Sponsor, and any of Sponsor’s representatives and final and binding in all respects.
Winner and/or his/her guest may be removed or disqualified from participating in any aspect of the Prize for any reason at any time, including, without limitation, creating an unauthorized disturbance, interruption or unnecessarily rough physical contact, creating the potential for injury or property damages, or for any unhealthy, unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate act.
If Winner and/or his/her guest who, in the opinion of Sponsor or any of Sponsor’s representatives, is considered a physical or mental threat to the well-being of any other individual, he/she may be removed from any premises relating to the Prize and Winner consents to such removal.
No additional travel expenses or any other aspects of the Prize will be awarded should a guest’s parent or legal guardian be required to accompany a guest.
Winner and his/her guest are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents (i.e., REAL ID, passport or other TSA-approved ID; visit www.tsa.gov for a list of TSA-approved IDs) as well as travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) that they may wish to obtain for the trip (at their own expense) and hereby acknowledge that the Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance for the trip.

Eligibility:

This promotion is open only to legal residents of the State of Georgia, who, at the time of entry, are at least 18 years of age and are “current YMCA of Metro Atlanta facility members” and who completed Holiday Hustle between November 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024, or legal residents of the State of Georgia who have completed the alternate method of entry.
Employees, officers and directors of the NBA Entities and immediate family members of each such individual; and (ii) all individuals (including, but not limited to, consultants, independent contractors, temporary employees, former employees, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for the NBA Entities, are not eligible to enter or win. “Immediate family” members include spouses, grandparents, parents, children, and grandchildren, whether by marriage, past marriages, remarriage, adoption, cohabitation, or other family extensions are not eligible to enter or win.
YMCA of Metro Atlanta staff members who are active facility members, legal residents of the state of Georgia and who register for and complete the Holiday Hustle Challenge are eligible to win.
Alternate Method of Entry: Send twenty (20) postcards or letters postmarked no later than December 20, 2024 that include your full name, birth date, legal address, email address and phone number to: YMCA of Metro Atlanta, Attn: Marketing Department, 569 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive NW, Atlanta, GA 30314. All mail must be received no later than December 31, 2024 to be eligible.

By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants hereby waive and release and agree to hold harmless, the YMCA of Metro Atlanta (“Sponsor”); ATL Hawks, LLC; Atlanta Hawks, L.P.; Arena Sports Marketing, LLC; Arena Operations, LLC; the National Basketball Association (“NBA”) and its member professional teams; NBA Media Ventures, LLC, and each of their respective owners, partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (individually and collectively, the “NBA Entities”), and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, authorized agents, retailers, sales representatives, distributors, suppliers, advertising agencies, promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”) and their employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, partners, and agents from and against, any and all rights, claims and causes of action whatsoever that they may have, or that may arise, against any of them for any liability for any matter, cause or thing whatsoever, including but not limited to any injury, loss, damage, whether direct, compensatory, incidental or consequential, to their person, including death, and/or property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from their acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, or their participation in this Sweepstakes, or any prize-related activity. Privacy Information:

Prize winner’s name will not be made public unless permission is granted by the winner.
Prize winner’s photo may be captured by photographers during the game, as could anyone in attendance at the game, and by attending the game, winner acknowledges their image may appear in game photos used in media, social media or other channels.
Use of personal information provided is described in the Sponsor’s privacy statement located at https://ymcaatlanta.org/privacy-terms. Personal information provided by participants in the Sweepstakes may be collected and used by third parties engaged by Sponsor in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes and the fulfillment and verification of prize award.
