6-Week Teen Clubs

Join a Y Teen Club to explore new interests and connect with others as you learn new skills and try new things. Clubs meet once per week and allow teens to work together, make new friends and learn while having fun. 

All 6-week clubs are free, but Y membership is required – either facility membership or program membership.

Esports (Grades 6 - 12)  
Esports is a club for middle school students who want to participate in virtual leagues and tournaments led by trained Y coaches in a safe online environment. 

Entrepreneurship Club: Project Pioneer (Age Group 11 - 13)
Entrepreneurship Club is a club for middle school students who want to learn about how to take an idea and develop it into a money-making reality — from building a website to generating customers and everything in between. ​

Entrepreneurship Club: Project Launchpad (Age Group 11 - 13)
Entrepreneurship Club empowers high school students to transform their ideas into real-world ventures. Students gain practical experience by designing websites, identifying customers, and managing finances, all while developing essential skills for college and career readiness.

Achievers Club (Age Group 11 - 13)
Achievers enables middle grade students to explore their identities, strengths, and passions to embark on a bold path to reach their goals. The units and lesson materials are designed to support development of a strong sense of personal agency, positive relationships with adults and peers, adaptive skills for navigating challenges, and confidence around future planning in both personal and academic contexts. ​

Comic Book Club  (Grades 7+)
Comic Book Club invites youth ages 13 and up to dive into the world of comics, exploring iconic characters, dynamic stories, and captivating art styles. Participants will read, discuss, and create their own comic strips, honing their storytelling and design skills while connecting with fellow comic enthusiasts.

Changemakers (Grades 7+)
The YMCA Changemakers Youth Program is an initiative aimed at empowering young people to become active, responsible leaders and agents of positive change in their communities. This program is designed to engage youth in social action, leadership development, and community service, while also promoting personal growth and social responsibility.

Make Me a DJ Club (Grades 7+)
Make Me a DJ Club is the ultimate spin session for teens 13 and up! Learn the basics of mixing, scratching, and creating your own beats while exploring different music genres. Get hands-on experience with DJ equipment, craft your signature sound, and showcase your skills at live sessions with your peers.

Art Club (Grades 7+)
Art Club is a club for middle school students who want to develop their artistic skills, explore new art mediums, and collaborate with other creative youth to enrich their YMCA and the community.
