- Click on the “MAKE A PAYMENT” tab underneath the blue bar, then scroll down to your open invoice
- You may edit the amount you want to pay or just click the blue NEXT STEP button
- At the bottom of the page under SELECT PAYMENT METHOD, select the type for your new payment method (your existing payment option has recently failed so please select the new payment option) then add a nickname for your payment method, then click NEXT
- After you’ve added your new method of payment in the Payment Method pop up box, then click the SUBMIT
- To ensure no future payment issues, click RETURN HOME. Please click MORE, then FUTURE PAYMENTS and confirm that your future payment method is correct
If you haven’t logged in since November when we change billing systems, you will need to create a new online account. Click “Create an Account” and use this email to get started; it's tied to your membership. You’ll then be prompted to confirm your contact information and set up and confirm a new password.
