PROMOTION RULES AND DETAILS
Here's how it works:
Purchase a “Family Membership” to join the YMCA of Metro Atlanta (the “Sponsor”) between 12:00 am December 1, 2024, to 11:59 pm on December 31, 2024 (the “Entry Period”). The first 100 Family Memberships purchased during the Entry Period will win a family 4-pack of tickets to an Atlanta Hawks regular season home game at State Farm Arena, located at 1 State Farm Drive, Atlanta, Georgia 30303. Ticket winners will have their choice of 4 available games from a preselected list (see below) subject to availability.
Eligibility:
- This reward is only open to legal residents of the State of Georgia, who, at the time of purchase, are at least 18 years of age and were one of the first one hundred YMCA of Metro Atlanta family memberships purchased in December 2024.
- Offer applies to Family Memberships only, not any other type of YMCA membership category. Family memberships include two adults (18+) and dependent minors. To understand different YMCA membership types, please visit ymcaatlanta.org/join.
- Offer applies to full-price family membership registrations only. Full price is $109 per month (regardless of joining fee). Reduced price memberships are not eligible for this promotion.
- First 100 winners will be determined by when the membership is purchased within membership sales system, including online and in-person registrations. YMCA of Metro Atlanta’s membership sales system clock shall be the official timekeeper for this promotion.
- Employees, officers and directors of ATL Hawks, LLC; Atlanta Hawks, L.P.; Arena Sports Marketing, LLC; Arena Operations, LLC; the National Basketball Association (“NBA”) and its member professional teams; NBA Media Ventures, LLC, and each of their respective owners, partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (individually and collectively, the “NBA Entities”), and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, authorized agents, retailers, sales representatives, distributors, suppliers, advertising agencies, promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, “Hawks Entities”) and Immediate family members of each such individual; and all individuals (including, but not limited to, consultants, independent contractors, temporary employees, former employees, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for Hawks Entities are not eligible to enter or win.
- “Immediate family” members include spouses, grandparents, parents, children, and grandchildren, whether by marriage, past marriages, remarriage, adoption, cohabitation, or other family extensions are not eligible to enter or win.
Timing & Notification:
- As soon as the YMCA of Metro Atlanta reaches 100 full-price Family Memberships sold after 12:00 am December 1, 2024, winners will be determined.
- Winners will be notified within 8 business days BY EMAIL ONLY sent to the email used to register their YMCA membership. The email will include instructions to claim their family four-pack of tickets. It is the winner’s responsibility to check their email, including spam folders, to ensure they receive the email notification.
- Winners will have 30 days to select their Atlanta Hawks game from the preset list of games, subject to availability, and claim their four-pack of tickets.
Prize Information:
- Prizes will be awarded by email sent to the selected winners which will include a link to select and redeem their game tickets.
- Tickets are available for a selected list of Atlanta Hawks games, and tickets will be claimed on a first-come, first-served basis. If the game you choose is no longer available at the time you redeem your tickets, you will need to select another available game from the selected list.
- You may select from the list below of four Atlanta Hawks games at State Farm Arena taking place between January 25, 2025, and March 23, 2025, subject to availability. Additional information about games and other details can be found at: https://www.statefarmarena.com/events
o January 25, 2025, vs Toronto Raptors
o February 7, 2025, vs Milwaukee Bucks
o March 8, 2025, vs Indiana Pacers
o March 23, 2025, vs Philadelphia 76ers
- Tickets provided will be within a preset group of tickets with a $50 per ticket price cap. Seat selection will be made by YMCA of Metro Atlanta within best available seats for the preset ticket group, and winner will not have input into seat location.
- The YMCA of Metro Atlanta makes no guarantee that tickets for any of the above games will be available at the time of claiming the prize, as tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- There will be enough available tickets within the selected list of games above to accommodate all 100 winners. Please redeem your ticket selection as early as possible to ensure the game of your choice is still available.
Prize Conditions:
- Games are subject to availability, change, and cancellation.
- Tickets are only valid for the date shown on the ticket.
- If a winner cannot attend the game on the date specified on the tickets they redeemed, prize shall be forfeited, and Sponsor shall have no further obligation to such individual.
- Tickets are subject to restrictions, terms and conditions as stated on tickets.
- Seating assignments are in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
- Lost, stolen or damaged tickets will not be replaced or exchanged.
- Tickets are not for re-sale and cannot be sold after awarded.
- Winners agree to comply with all applicable venue regulations in connection with the prize.
- If a guest is a minor, the minor guest must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
- Winners agree that acceptance of the prize is done so entirely upon their own initiative, risk, and responsibility.
- Winners must accept prize as stated by Sponsor, or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
- Prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered.
- Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
- Taxes, if any, on a prize are solely the responsibility of the winner.
RELEASE: By participating in this promotion, entrants hereby waive and release and agree to hold harmless, the Sponsor and the Hawk Entities and their employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, partners, and agents from and against, any and all rights, claims and causes of action whatsoever that they may have, or that may arise, against any of them for any liability for any matter, cause or thing whatsoever, including but not limited to any injury, loss, damage, whether direct, compensatory, incidental or consequential, to their person, including death, and/or property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from their acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, or their participation in this sweepstakes, or any prize-related activity. By participating in this promotion, entrant agrees and acknowledges to be bound by these official rules, all sponsor-related terms and conditions, as well as the decisions of Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects; to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the official rules.
Privacy Information
- Prize winner’s name will not be made public unless permission is granted by the winner.
- Prize winner’s photo may be captured by YMCA branch staff if winner approves. If so, winner acknowledges their image may appear in YMCA or Metro Atlanta social media or other channels.
- Use of personal information provided is described in the Sponsor’s privacy statement located at https://ymcaatlanta.org/privacy-terms.
- Personal information provided by participants in the Sweepstakes may be collected and used by third parties engaged by Sponsor in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes and the fulfillment and verification of the prize, which may include, but are not limited to, the Hawks Entities.
