Classes are reserved in the YMCA app just like other group ex classes. You’ll see that these classes are noted as PAID classes and a subscription must be active to reserve these.
Each workout has a warm-up, workout, cool-down and stretch phase - truly the best workout!
Yes, this is an excellent choice for both men and women, whether they're new to exercise or have prior experience.
Each class is a bit different, but typically we'll use dumbbells (light to heavy), stability balls, BOSU balls and step benches.
Just yourself, a towel and water.
Your instructor will be able to work with you and provide an alternate exercise.
If you're just getting back into the swing of things, we encourage you to sign up for our Coach Approach program to get you on the right path. Of course you're welcome to join Y45 classes in combination with Coach Approach.
A 30-day written notice is required to cancel your Y45 membership. Memberships are not prorated.
