A high intensity strength and conditioning class for the person looking for a challenge!  A wide variety of equipment and formats may be used including but not limited to - rowers, treadmills, weights, group cycles, BOSU balls, plyometric boxes, etc.  Please be sure to go inside to complete your pre-screen, get your temp. check and swipe your card before coming to class.  Please bring a mat, towel and water.
