At the Y, we empower teens to explore their passions, build essential skills, and prepare for the future. Through Achievers Club, Entrepreneurship Club, and the Advanced Leadership Academy (ALA), teens discover opportunities that help them succeed in school, work, and life.
Career & Leadership Programs
Achievers Club

Ages: Middle School (Grades 6-8)
Achievers Club inspires teens to aim higher and prepare for college and career success. Teens receive mentorship, college readiness workshops, and opportunities to explore different career pathways.

Entrepreneurship Club
Ages: Middle & High School (Grades 6–12)
Entrepreneurship Club sparks creativity and innovation by helping teens turn ideas into action. Through hands-on projects and mentorship, teens learn the fundamentals of business, marketing, and leadership.

- Pitch competitions and showcases
- Financial literacy and budgeting
- Networking with local entrepreneurs
BOLD/GOLD

Ages: Middle School and High School (Grades 6–12)
Bold/Gold (Boys and Girls Outdoor Leadership Development) challenges teens to discover their strengths and grow as leaders through outdoor adventures. From hiking and camping to team-building experiences, teens build confidence, resilience, and a deeper appreciation for the natural world.

Teen Jobs
Teens age 16 and older can apply for positions within the YMCA. We have opportunities for youth counselors - day camp, after school, track out camp - lifeguards, site coordinators and more.
