This intermediate/advanced class utilizes challenging segments of cardiovascular work, muscular conditioning and other athletic drills.  Tabata, a series of 20 seconds of work and 10 second breaks for 8 rounds, may also be incorporated.  Equipment will be limited and the focus will be primarily on body weight.  Please be sure to go inside to complete your pre-screen, get your temp. check and swipe your card before coming to class.  Please bring a mat, towel and water.
